How much do you charge?
For unfurnished rentals, management starts at 5% of monthly rent, plus a lease-up fee when we place a new tenant. All fees are explained up front - no surprises.
How do you screen tenants?
We run credit checks, employment/income verification, and reference checks, and we review rental history to place reliable tenants who stay longer.
How is rent collected?
We use secure electronic payments through Plooto and provide monthly statements and year-end summaries for your records.
Do you handle deposits and legal compliance?
Yes. We collect and forward security deposits to the property owner. We also ensure your tenancy remains compliant with the Residential Tenancy Act - covering rent increases, notices, move-in/out reports, and more.
How fast can you start?
Typically within a few days once we receive the property details and signed agreement. If your unit is vacant, we can prioritize photos and marketing immediately.
